Pandemic Adjustments to Our Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE:   Due to Covid 19 health concerns, Jewels, Bags & More has revised our Return Policy.  To ensure our customers receive virus-free products, at this time, we can only accept returns that are damaged or defective.  Thank you in advance for understanding the compelling reason for revising our Policy.

Revised Return Procedure

During the pandemic, Jewels, Bags & More offers a 10-day Return Policy on damaged or defective items only.  Customers have 10 days from the day purchases are received to make a return.  To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging and include your receipt or proof-of-purchase

Return Exceptions

Non-returnable merchandise includes:
  • Worn, used or altered items that are not in their original new condition
  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery

Refunds

After your return is received, we will send an email confirming receipt of your package. You can expect a refund in the form of a credit applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days. 

Exchanges

Provided your item is unworn, in brand new condition and is still within your 10-day exchange period, in lieu of a refund, you may also exchange your qualifying return for a different item. 

Shipping Your Return -- Using an RMA#

To better serve you, we use an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) system to track returned packages. 

  1. To request an RMA#:
  1. Write your RMA# on: 
    • the outside of your package and 
    • on your receipt or proof-of-purchase 
  1. Send your return in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof-of-purchase to the address provided with your RMA number.
