Thank you for visiting and shopping with us at Jewels, Bags & More…by Ann Scott.  The following is our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.  We ship Monday through Friday, with no shipments on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

USPS shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

An estimated delivery will be provided once your order is placed.  Delivery times are estimates and are calculated based on the shipment date, rather than the date of order.   

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery Locations

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the 48 contiguous States.  (No shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.)  Shipments outside the United States are not available.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Damages

We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received a damaged order, please contact your shipment carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for use in filing a claim.
